Receiving Inspection Upon Deliveries
Responsibility and Conditions
Upon receiving your goods, you must immediately:
- Check the condition of the goods and the packaging.
- Verify the quantity against the shipping document.
- Sign the shipping document if everything is correct.
If the goods are damaged or the quantity is incorrect, you must follow these steps for it to be accepted as a complaint:
- Accept the goods.
- Photograph the damage from various angles if possible.
- Report the transport damage.

Note on Visible Transport Damage
In case of visible damage, ask the driver to assist you in noting the damage on the shipping document/handheld device before you sign the delivery receipt. Noting the damage on the shipping document proves that there was damage or a shortage upon receipt.
If you do not wish to accept the delivery due to the damage, you have the right to refuse it before signing the shipment.

Complaint
If the goods have damages or deficiencies hidden by packaging and therefore not discovered until unpacking, you must file a written complaint within 7 business days of receipt.
The transport company may need to inspect the damage. Therefore, you must not return, sell, or repair the damaged goods. You must store both the goods and the packaging properly until the matter is resolved.
