Payment

3.1 Card Payment
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
All payments are processed securely using 3D Secure, and the information is encrypted. The card is charged at the time of purchase.

3.2 Apple Pay & Google Pay
You may choose to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay if supported by your device. The payment is processed directly at checkout and charged at the time of purchase.

3.3 Klarna Checkout
Through Klarna, you can choose from several payment options. When you use Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna Bank AB (publ). Applicable terms can be found at www.klarna.com.

Available payment options via Klarna:
• Pay Now: Direct payment at checkout.
• Pay Later: An invoice is sent to the email address provided once the order leaves our warehouse.
• Slice It: Combine your purchases on one invoice and pay in installments.

The invoice is sent to the email address you provided at the time of order.
In case of late or missed payment, interest and fees will be added in accordance with Klarna’s terms.

3.4 PayPal
You may choose to pay via your PayPal account or with a credit card linked to PayPal. Applicable terms can be found at www.paypal.com.
For payments via PayPal, the amount is charged immediately at the time of purchase.

3.5 Delay
In the event of a delivery delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not accept a new delivery date. If you choose to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery, we will refund your payment promptly, but no later than 14 days.

3.6 Refund Method
Refunds are made using the same payment method as used at the time of purchase:
• Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay): Refunded automatically to the same card.
• Klarna: You can pause the payment via your Klarna account, and the refund will be processed by Klarna.
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account.
• Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to the account or card linked to your digital wallet.

3.7 Late Payment & Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Nordicbutik.com until full payment has been received. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and reclaim the goods. Any collection costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
