How long do I have to return an item?

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law . In addition, we offer an optional extended return period of 30 days for standard stock items.

What products can I return?

You can return unused goods in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order goods (e.g. custom-made curtains, panels, furniture).
  • Sealed products for health, hygiene or electrical safety reasons when the seal has been broken.
  • Sale or showroom items (sold as is).

How do I register a return?

For smaller packages, simply log in to "My Orders" and select "Create Return Label" .

If this option is not available, please contact us at service@nordicbutik.com and we will assist you manually.

Always save your return receipt or tracking number until your return has been processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Standard returns: SEK 70 per package.
  • Larger/heavier goods within Sweden: 350 SEK per package.
  • Returns from EU countries: 200 SEK per package.
  • Returns from countries outside the EU: 300 SEK per package.
  • If we sent the wrong item or if the product is defective: no return costs will be incurred.

How do I get my refund?

  • If you return the entire order: we will refund the product value + the cheapest standard shipping we offered.
  • If you keep part of the order: we will only refund the product value of the returned goods (shipping and additional services are not refundable).
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return (we may wait until the goods have arrived or proof of shipment has been provided).
  • If the item was paid for in whole or in part with a gift card, the amount will be refunded as a gift card or store credit.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Not picking up a package does not count as a return.

  • Packages that are not picked up are automatically sent back to us.
  • We charge a fee to cover the actual costs of shipping and handling:
    200 SEK within Sweden/EU, 300 SEK outside the EU.
